When we are heading to the gym we’re not always in the mood for a workout so styling our gym outfit can sometimes help put us in a more motivated mood.

 

They do say if you look good…you feel good!

 

The brands we personally like to wear are of course Nike where we shop our trainers mainly and shorts because of their variety of styles and color and Victoria’s Secret also have a really nice fitness fashion line with great colors and are really comfortable and flattering to wear.

OUR FIVE MAIN TIPS FOR KEEPING IT FASHIONABLE AT THE GYM

 

  1. Keep it simple with blacks and greys but add a pop of color in your trainers, shorts or jacket as you see on Alessandra Ambrosio and Amy Willerton.
  2. You can match your bag with your trainers to look co-ordinated.
  3. Treat yourself to some trendy but comfortable trainers.
  4. Try wearing shorts like Jessica Simpson as this will also help you work harder to tone your legs.
  5. Experiment with different style tops, for example crop top, razer back and v-neck, etc.
